By accessing ruokavertaus.fi or booking a consultation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This platform is operated by RuokaVertaus, located at Kaisaniemenkatu 3 C 7, 00100 Helsinki. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must cease using our digital platform and consultancy services immediately.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via our primary website interface. Your continued engagement with our nutritional analysis tools and experts constitutes acceptance of the revised legal frame.

Scheduling & Cancellations
Appointments booked via ruokavertaus.fi are subject to availability. Residents of Helsinki or international clients may schedule via our digital calendar. Cancellation requires a minimum of 24 hours' notice to receive a full refund or rescheduling without penalty. Late cancellations or no-shows represent a loss of professional time and are billed at 50% of the session rate.
Payments & Refunds
All fees for nutritional analysis and consultations are due at the time of booking. Due to the personalized and time-intensive nature of dietary planning, refunds are not issued once the analysis report has been delivered or the consultation has taken place. We strive for total transparency in our methodology to ensure satisfaction.

"To the maximum extent permitted by Finnish law, RuokaVertaus and its consultants shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website or services."
You assume full responsibility for how you choose to implement dietary suggestions. We do not guarantee specific weight loss or health outcomes as these are dependent on factors beyond our direct control, including biological variation and environmental stressors.
05 User Conduct
When using our booking forms or dietary analysis tools, users must provide accurate and truthful information. Falsifying body metrics or health history can lead to inaccurate nutritional guidance, for which RuokaVertaus bears no responsibility.
Harassment or unprofessional behavior toward our consultants will result in immediate termination of service without refund.
Legal Governing Body.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Helsinki.
